How long does the application take?
Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is approved and your membership is activated.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, bank transfer (CRDB Bank), and Visa/Mastercard through our secure payment gateway.
Can my membership be transferred?
Individual memberships are personal and non-transferable. Corporate memberships cover the organisation and can have multiple staff members depending on tier.
What happens if I miss my renewal?
You have a grace period after your renewal date. After this period, access to member benefits is suspended until fees are settled. Contact the secretariat if you need assistance.
Is there a refund policy?
If your application is rejected, any payment made is fully refunded within 7 business days. Please contact info@awcti.org for any payment queries.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes. Members can upgrade from Individual to Corporate tier at any time. Contact the secretariat or use the upgrade option in your member portal.
